What we do

Never miss an enquiry

The job didn't go elsewhere because you were bad at it. It went because nobody picked up.

You're under a sink, up a ladder, mid-treatment, driving. The phone rings and you can't answer it. That caller doesn't leave a voicemail. They ring the next name on the list. Two things fix this, and neither of them asks you to answer the phone.

Business number & missed-call text-back

They get a text before they've dialled anyone else

You get a dedicated business number. When a call comes in and you can't take it, a text goes out within seconds, not an hour later when they've already booked someone.

The conversation carries on in writing, which suits you better anyway: you answer between jobs, with both hands free, and you have a written record of what was agreed. Most people would rather text than leave a voicemail.

There's a second benefit that has nothing to do with winning work. Your mobile number stops being your business number. Calls come to the business line, and the business line can stop at six o'clock.

A missed call becomes a conversation instead of a lost job.

CRM inbox

Six places to check means one gets missed

Enquiries arrive on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, text and the website form. Nobody checks all six every day. The one that gets forgotten is usually the one nobody thinks to open, and it stays unread for a fortnight.

The CRM inbox pulls them all into a single list. Every message from the same customer sits in one thread, whichever way they sent it, so you're not scrolling Instagram to remember what they asked on Tuesday.

It also means the business isn't stored in your head. Anyone in the team can pick up a conversation and see the whole history, which matters the week you're on holiday.

One place to look, and nothing sitting unread in a channel you forgot about.

What changes

A normal week, with this running

Tuesday, 2pm

A call comes in while you're under a sink. You never see it. They get a text, reply, and you pick it up at four, instead of finding out weeks later that they went elsewhere.

Thursday, 8pm

Someone messages the Instagram page. It lands in the same inbox as everything else, so it gets answered on Friday morning rather than in three weeks' time.

Saturday

Your personal mobile stays quiet, because it isn't the number on the van any more.

How many calls did you miss last week?

Most business owners don't know. The free assessment finds out, and shows you what it's costing.
