Who we are

Agile Eight provides websites and customer-journey automation for small businesses. For anything in this policy, including any request about your data, contact us at paul@agile8.io or 07476 944483.

For the information described here, we are the data controller. That means we decide what is collected and why, and we are responsible for looking after it.

What we collect, and why

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any other tracking on this website. There is nothing here that follows you to another site.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of suppliers to run the website and our email. They process your information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

• Cloudflare hosts this website, provides the bot check on the contact form, and delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• IONOS provides our business email, which is where your enquiry arrives.

These suppliers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the UK. Where that happens, it is covered by the safeguards those suppliers have in place for international transfers.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do it and confirm when it is done.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete what we hold
• stop or limit how we use it
• provide it in a portable form
• stop relying on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time

Ask us at paul@agile8.io and we will deal with it. You do not have to give a reason.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your details, we will tell you directly.
