Every package includes the website. What changes is how much of the work happens after somebody lands on it. Prices are monthly, and you can move up whenever the business is ready. Pay annually and the setup fee is waived; pay monthly and it covers the work upfront.

This is not a first-year offer. The saving applies every year you stay on annual billing.

There is a significant amount of setup involved in every package. Annual billing covers that cost upfront, so no setup fee applies. Monthly billing does not, and a monthly subscription can be cancelled after the first month, so a one-off setup fee applies there to cover the initial work.

Straight answers

The small print, in plain English

What sits outside the monthly price, and the couple of things you will need. Better said now than found on a bill later.

Your domain name

Renewed directly with your registrar, in your name. Usually a few pounds a year, and it stays yours.

Calls, texts and emails

Charged on what you actually use rather than as a bundle you might not need. Texts and emails typically come to around £8 a month for 500 texts and 5,000 emails. Calls are billed by the minute, and the business number has a small monthly rental. If calls forward to your mobile, that leg is charged too. UK numbers only, and we will show you the current rates before you start.

Optional, and it has costs of its own. Setting up the Meta-approved Business Account is free, and the approval is Meta's to give rather than ours. WhatsApp itself is then billed separately: a monthly fee to keep the connection, plus a charge per marketing message. Replying to a customer within 24 hours of them messaging you is free. We will show you the current rates before you turn it on.

Missed-call text-back

Replies within 30 seconds of a missed call. It needs either a UK mobile or a landline you are happy to have calls forwarded from.

Advertising spend

If you want to run paid ads, the budget goes straight to the platform. We do not mark it up.

Card processing fees

On Get Growing, the payment provider takes their usual cut of each sale. That is between you and them.

The things people always ask

Is there a setup fee?

Only on monthly billing. There is a significant amount of setup behind every package. Annual billing covers that cost upfront, so no setup fee applies. Monthly billing does not, and a monthly subscription can be cancelled after the first month, so a one-off setup fee applies there: £179 on Get Online, £249 on Get Organised, £399 on Get Growing.

Is there a long contract?

No. Packages run month to month. If it is not working for you, tell us and we will stop at the end of the month.

Can I move up later?

Yes, and most businesses do. Plenty start on Get Online, add booking once the diary starts filling, and only look at a shop when there is something worth selling. Moving up takes effect from your next monthly payment.

Who owns my domain and my Google listing?

You do, and they stay in your name throughout. We will set them up properly and manage them for you, but the accounts are yours.

What happens to my website if I leave?

Your domain, your Google listing and your customer list are yours, and we will export the list for you. The website and the automations run on our platform, so they stop when the package stops. We would rather tell you that now than have it be a surprise later.

Why is this more than a plain website?

Because a website sits there until somebody visits it. Most of what these packages do happens when nobody is on the site: answering a missed call, following up a quote, asking for a review. If all you want is a good-looking website, there are cheaper ways to get one and we will happily say so on the call.

How long does it take to set up?

We agree a date on the first call and work to it. Most of the work is ours, not yours: we need your services, your prices and your logo, and then we get on with it.
